since you can look into the file and see which flame needs which plugins, i find writing it into description a bit redundant. (but of course i understand that it needs more effort to read the information in deviation description than opening the .flame file in text editor and reading it there)
there is a tab called "Color" in the transform editor. Find field color speed (or color symmetry, depends on version of apophysis). You can enter here a number between -1 and 1. It means how much the transform influences changing of color through the flame. -1 is biggest influence, 1 smallest. Put here positive numbers for xforms with bigger weight and negative for xforms with smallest weights.
